The experience I had at this gas station is completely unacceptable and extremely concerning for a business open to the public. When we stopped to refuel, the female employee on duty showed a clear lack of professionalism and attention from the very beginning. During the payment process, €39 in change was not returned to us. Despite our repeated and clear explanations, and our request to continue refueling, the change was never given back and the system was not reopened. The situation then escalated seriously. The employee became aggressive and verbally abusive, started using insulting language, and raised her voice simply because we did not speak French. Her behavior was threatening and made it seem as though she was about to become physically aggressive. I genuinely feared for my safety. Beyond the financial issue, we were subjected to insults, intimidation, and a complete lack of respect. Such behavior is entirely unacceptable under any circumstances. I strongly believe that an official investigation must be initiated without delay regarding this establishment. Both customer safety and staff conduct are of serious concern. This was, without a doubt, the worst customer experience I have ever had, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place. I request that the security camera footage be reviewed and that all necessary actions be taken without delay. The insulting and aggressive language used towards us is absolutely unacceptable.
